New Enrollment

  1. Log on to the school's website: http://www.mississinawa.k12.oh.us/
  2. Click Parents
  3. Click One View
  4. Fill out the Personal Information and Account Access Information. You will want to write down or remember the username and password you created as you will continue to use this to login anytime we ask you to verify or fill out forms as time goes on.
  5. Now you are on a new screen. This is your Dashboard Homepage. Click on Enroll New Student(s) (in red).
  6. On this screen click Enroll A New Student (in dark blue – on the left side of the screen)
  7. Fill out the enrollment packet. Anywhere there is a little red asterisk or the box says “please select”, you must put an answer.
  8. When you get to the bottom and have completed. Click Save and Submit. If you have not filled something in, you will see what it is in red print and you can also scroll back through and it will be in a bright teal color.
  9. Once you get all fields filled in that are required and click Save and Submit, your enrollment is complete.
Once you have saved and submitted your enrollment successfully an email is sent to the registrar at Mississinawa Valley. If you have filled this out from home, when you come to the school you will need to have the following items with you to complete the enrollment process:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunizations
  • Custody Papers (if applicable)
  • Proof of Residence – one of these: (Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement, Utility Statement, Bank Statement, Rent Receipt). This must have the parent/guardian’s name on it, the address you filled out on the enrollment form and be dated within the last two months.

Returning Parents

  1. Log on to the school's website: www.mississinawa.k12.oh.us
  2. Click Parents
  3. Click One View
  4. Go the parent login in the middle of the page and enter your login and password.
  5. Now you are on a new screen. This is your Dashboard Homepage. Click on Back to School Forms (in red).
  6. To the right in blue is STUDENT ACCOUNTS. Beneath that you will see your student's name or the first one of your students alphabetically. This is the student's form you will be looking at.
  7. If you have a new student that you need to add to your list, 1)Click on “Manage My Students”; 2) Go toProvide Student Details and fill out that information. The Student Number is your child’s lunch code number that they use in the cafeteria. Click Attach and the student should show up in the list with the rest of your students.
  8. Over to the left and down a little - in small blue print - you will see Student Demographics & EMA. Click on that and the students' form will appear. Remember this is the student whose name was listed under STUDENT ACCOUNTS in that cream colored box.
  9. Look over the entire form making any changes or updates that need to be done. When you get to the bottom, you will type your name in and enter the date. Please use proper sentence structure, using capital letters where they should be (ie: your first and last name).
  10. To get this form to show as completed, click "Save & Submit to the District". If you were not able to complete everything the way you wanted, click "Save". Doing this ensures that whatever you did update will be there when you log back in to complete. This option DOES NOT submit to the district, "Save & Submit to District" is the only option that sends the form back to the district so that we know you've completed this form.
  11. Should you get a message that says form could not be submitted, saved, something needs to be answered that you didn't notice or skipped over - it will show up in a teal blue color so that you can readily see it. Most of those boxes with a little triangle needs to have an answer.
  12. Once you are done with your first student. Just choose your next student by clicking the little triangle in the cream colored box under STUDENT ACCOUNTS and do the same process. Continue till you've completed them all.
We are here to help you through this process. This is only the 2nd year for this process and we understand that it may be confusing and frustrating.
